Who is responsible
Latitude Technologies LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our business address is 3000 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211, United States. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, uploaded workout videos, workout details, notes, and support messages. We also generate movement data, measurements, visualizations, exports, and session metadata from videos you submit.
If you enable optional usage analytics in the account menu, we collect a semantic interaction timeline for product analytics and bug investigation. It records screen names, allowlisted control identifiers, coarse playback actions, timestamps, app version and platform, grouped into an app session and linked through a one-way account identifier. This setting is off by default on each device. You can turn it off at any time in the account menu to stop future collection on that device; previously collected events expire within 30 days or are removed with account deletion. It does not record screenshots, screen pixels, typed text, notes, filenames, URLs, video or motion frames, or authentication tokens.
Public release builds collect limited crash and performance diagnostics. Diagnostics use request identifiers rather than account identifiers and are configured to exclude uploaded video, motion payloads, notes, access tokens, and signed storage URLs.
How we use information

We process account and workout information to provide the service you request. We process limited security and diagnostic information for our legitimate interests in protecting and operating Latitude. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.
Model development
The production upload path does not automatically enroll your videos in model training. If Latitude offers an optional program for research, model development, diagnostics, or other product development, we will ask you separately before using a video for that purpose. Accepting the general Terms does not opt you in, and a later change to this policy will not enroll videos you already uploaded.
Storage and retention
Original uploaded videos are stored privately for saved-session playback and later exports and are scheduled to expire within 365 days. Generated video exports stored in our cloud are scheduled to expire within 30 days. Structured motion results and workout metadata remain until you delete the session or account.
Semantic interaction timelines expire within 30 days and are removed by account deletion. The dedicated processing system keeps job-linked working copies for no more than 30 days. Content-export request packages, including their temporary video copy and completed export, expire within 24 hours. API and processing logs are generally retained for 30 days. Account-deletion logs and a limited deletion tombstone are retained for up to 90 days to prove completion and prevent late processing from recreating deleted data.
Deletion
Deleting a session removes its cloud upload, results, exports, and session record and queues removal of its job-linked processing copies. When account deletion is accepted, Latitude disables the account, signs out active sessions, and removes cloud account records, uploads, results, and exports through a retried workflow. Processor cleanup is normally prompt and is backed by the 30-day maximum working-copy retention period. Limited security, deletion, and legal records may remain for the periods stated above. Account deletion does not remove copies you exported to your device or independently shared outside Latitude.
Service providers
Latitude uses Amazon Web Services for account, storage, API, and cloud processing services; a restricted dedicated workstation for movement processing and video exports; Sentry for redacted release diagnostics; and Cloudflare and Resend for the public site and support delivery. These providers process information for Latitude under their applicable service and security terms. We do not sell personal information or uploaded workout videos, use them for targeted advertising, or permit providers to use them for their own advertising.
Security
Latitude uses encrypted network connections, private object storage, short-lived signed URLs, platform-protected credential storage, scoped cloud roles, and account ownership checks. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we investigate and correct confirmed security issues.
International processing
Latitude is operated from the United States, and information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, Latitude and its providers use recognized transfer safeguards, including contractual protections. Contact us to request information about safeguards relevant to your location.
Your choices and rights
You can remove sessions in the app and initiate full account deletion from the account menu or the public account deletion page. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, a copy of your information, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent for future processing. Submit a request through Latitude Support. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Age requirement
Latitude is for people age 18 and older. Do not create an account or upload a video of anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update the date above and provide appropriate notice before a material change affects how retained videos or movement data are used.

Latitude's movement and fitness information may be covered by state consumer-health privacy laws. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice provides the additional disclosures and rights that apply.
