Using Latitude

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Use Latitude only where you are legally permitted to do so.

Your videos and permissions

You retain ownership of videos and information you upload. You grant Latitude a limited, non-exclusive license to store, copy, process, transform, and deliver that content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service you request, including movement reconstruction, measurements, repetition analysis, workout history, and exports. Service providers may perform this processing on our behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. This license does not authorize optional model training.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to upload your content and authorize this processing, including permission from each identifiable person depicted or recorded. Do not upload content recorded unlawfully, in violation of facility rules, or in violation of another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights. Do not upload videos depicting anyone under 18. Where you lack permission, remove the other person from the recording before uploading.

Understanding your analysis

Latitude provides automated estimates for fitness information and personal workout review. Measurements, repetition counts, movement reconstructions, and other outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Camera placement, visibility, video quality, model limitations, and the movement recorded can affect results. Review outputs before relying on them, and correct detected repetitions when needed. An analysis or completed processing status is not a certification of safe technique.

Exercise and health

Latitude does not determine whether an exercise, technique, or training load is safe or appropriate for you. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation services and does not replace qualified medical or professional judgment.

Exercise involves a risk of injury. You remain responsible for your training decisions, equipment, surroundings, and physical limits. Do not rely solely on Latitude’s outputs for decisions affecting your health or safety. Stop exercising if you experience pain or feel unwell, and seek appropriate professional advice when needed. Latitude is not an emergency-monitoring service.

Storage and account deletion

Uploaded videos and generated information are stored and processed to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected, service providers, retention periods, and privacy choices.

When you delete your account, Latitude disables access and initiates deletion of account records, uploaded videos, results, exports, and associated processing copies through its deletion workflow. Limited security, deletion-verification, and legal records may remain for the purposes and periods stated in the Privacy Policy. Copies you have exported to your own device or independently shared are outside Latitude’s account-deletion workflow.

Acceptable use

Do not access another person’s account or data without authorization, bypass service limits or security controls, submit unlawful material, interfere with processing, or use Latitude to violate another person’s rights. Do not present its estimates as a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of exercise safety. Contact Latitude Support to report unauthorized uploads or request review of content affecting your privacy.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to address security, reliability, legal, or product requirements. We may limit uploads or processing when capacity or abuse controls require it. We will provide notice when a change materially affects these Terms or retained customer data, and obtain additional agreement or consent where required. Changes to these Terms do not automatically authorize new uses of previously uploaded content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal obligations. You may stop using Latitude and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature must survive termination, including ownership, applicable disclaimers, and liability limitations, continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Latitude is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular fitness, health, clinical, or competitive outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Latitude Technologies LLC disclaims liability for injuries or losses arising from your exercise activities or reliance on the service’s outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights. Applicable law may limit the effect of these disclaimers.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
